Welcome to Turtelino — an educational support platform designed to make learning fun through lessons, games, challenges, and interactive activities. By using Turtelino, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

All lessons, graphics, logos, characters, games, software, and educational content on Turtelino remain the property of Turtelino or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Users may use platform content for personal educational purposes only. Commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
Users may submit answers, projects, comments, artwork, or other educational materials. Users retain ownership of their submitted content.
By submitting content, users grant Turtelino permission to store, display, and process that content solely for providing educational services and improving the learning experience. Turtelino does not claim ownership of user-created educational work.
Turtelino offers Free, Day Pass, Basic, VIP, Monthly, and Yearly memberships. Memberships provide access to platform features and educational content, but do not guarantee specific educational outcomes.
Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, internet outages, hosting issues, or force majeure may occur.
Teachers offering private lessons through Turtelino are independent service providers. They set their own prices, schedules, and teaching methods, and are not employees or representatives of Turtelino.
Turtelino acts as a platform and payment facilitator.
A lesson booking becomes binding only after the teacher accepts the booking request and payment is successfully received by Turtelino.
If the teacher declines the booking request, the student may choose a full refund, a rescheduling, or a different teacher — if both teacher and student agree, the lesson continues as planned.
Students pay Turtelino. Turtelino deducts a platform fee, which helps cover the cost of third-party services and keeps the platform running. These fees may change over time depending on the platform's costs.
The remaining amount is transferred to the teacher according to platform procedures. Teachers are responsible for their own tax and legal obligations.
Turtelino records booking requests, acceptances, payment confirmations, schedules, attendance records, and relevant communications. These records may be used to resolve disputes.
If a teacher cancels a confirmed lesson, the student may receive a full refund, or a mutually agreed rescheduled lesson, or a different teacher — if both teacher and student (or parent) agree, the lesson continues as planned.
Students may cancel according to the cancellation policy. Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without notice may result in loss of the lesson fee.
Turtelino cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet access or the availability of third-party services. Live class video services are provided by a third party — in case of disruption, Turtelino will try to set up a new connection, or offer a refund, partial refund, or rescheduled lesson.
When technical problems affect a lesson, Turtelino may review platform records and determine whether a refund, partial refund, or rescheduling is appropriate.
Memberships provide access to platform features. Features may be updated, added, or removed over time.
Temporary downtime does not automatically entitle members to a refund.
A lesson is considered completed when all of the following are true:
A lesson may still be considered completed even if the student participates minimally, is distracted or unprepared, is dissatisfied with the teaching style, or finds the lesson content challenging.
To protect both students and teachers, Turtelino temporarily holds lesson payments. After a lesson is completed, a 24-hour dispute period begins. If no dispute is filed during this period, the teacher becomes eligible for payment, released as soon as reasonably possible afterward.
If a dispute is opened, payment may remain on hold while Turtelino requests information from both parties and reviews the circumstances before releasing payment or issuing a refund.
The following situations may qualify for a full or partial refund:
The following situations generally do not qualify for a refund:
To request a review, a dispute must be submitted within 24 hours after lesson completion. The parent, student, or teacher should provide relevant information — Turtelino may request screenshots, chat logs, attendance records, or other supporting evidence, and will review it fairly to reach a decision.
Repeated abuse of the dispute system may result in restrictions or account suspension.
Turtelino may review audit logs, attendance records, booking history, and communications when handling disputes. Platform decisions are based on available evidence, and Turtelino reserves the right to make the final determination regarding lesson completion, payment eligibility, and refunds.
Turtelino expects students, parents, and teachers to act honestly and in good faith. The platform exists to support education — not to provide free lessons through unjustified refund requests, nor to deny legitimate concerns raised by students and parents.
Turtelino aims to go beyond the minimum most laws require, and adjusts its services to the current versions of:
Turtelino is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turtelino shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Turtelino after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
